High potency, low emission, bulk-stabilizing silicone surfactant for microcellular and HR molded polyurethane foam.

Properties :

• Polyester and polyether microcellular foam
• HR molded foam. Best suited for TDI systems and should be used in combination with low emission cell regulating surfactant such as VORASURF™ DC 2584 or VORASURF™ DC 2525 Additives.

Application

• Silicone surfactant for stabilizing polyester and polyether microcellular foam
• Provides bulk stabilization with fine cell size
• Yields good surface characteristics
• Improved dimensional stability
